The team

A small Southeast Florida team you'll know by name.

Mangrove is a private home management firm serving Southeast Florida. We take on a limited number of members so we can stay fully present for each one — and so the person who knows your home is always the person who picks up.

What we believe

A home is a living thing. Salt, sun, and humidity ask for attention in seasons, not emergencies — and the difference between a home that ages beautifully and one that becomes a series of expensive surprises is almost always someone paying quiet attention.

We'd rather grow slowly and be excellent than grow fast and be forgettable. That means fewer members, longer relationships, and trade partners we pay quickly and hold to a high standard.

We don't perform licensed trade work ourselves. We coordinate, oversee, and advocate for you — across every project and maintenance need your home has.

Bruce Warzoha

Founder & Home Manager

Originally from Greenwich, CT, Bruce moved to Florida in 1994 then graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007. He spent the next 13 years working as a Police Officer in Delray Beach, FL, a DEA Special Agent in New York, NY, and finally as a real estate agent, investor, and estate manager in South Florida.

A solutions-driven professional, Bruce excels at developing winning strategies, systems, and delivering successful outcomes. He is known for integrity, discretion, building lasting relationships, and advising his clients on services, renovations, care, upkeep, and security.

Extreme ownership of the problem, solution, and outcome is the motto.

Built on accountability

Built on accountability.

Before Mangrove, Bruce spent his career in law enforcement, federal investigations, real estate sales, real estate acquisitions, financing, home renovations, and estate management.

That experience shaped the way we operate: discretion, attention to detail, documented processes, and extreme ownership of the problem, solution, and outcome.
