How much does membership cost?

Private memberships start at $400 per month. Every residence is different, so we begin with a private consultation and property assessment, then build a management plan and a single monthly fee around the home, your existing vendors, your travel schedule, and the level of oversight you want. Larger projects are quoted separately on scope, and vendor work is billed at transparent third-party cost with an agreed coordination fee. No padded retainers, no unnecessary services, no mystery markups.

Do you do the repair work yourselves?

We don't perform licensed trade work. We coordinate and oversee it — sourcing, vetting, scheduling, and supervising the trade partners who do. We're licensed and insured for the management work we perform, and every partner we bring in carries their own licensing and insurance.

Do I need to be home for service visits?

No. That's one of the main reasons members join. With your permission we meet vendors at your home, oversee the work, and send you one clear summary afterward — what happened, what it means, and the next step.

How do you handle access and keys?

We agree on an access method during onboarding — typically a coded lock, a smart lock, or a secured key. Access details are documented for your home and shared only with the specific person attending a visit.

Is there a contract or a long commitment?

Membership is month-to-month after onboarding. We'd rather keep you because the service is worth it than because a contract says so.

What happens in an emergency?

Call or text your concierge. We triage immediately, dispatch the right partner, and keep you informed — and because we already have your inventory and property scan, we can brief a tradesperson accurately before they arrive.
