Rental management

A rented home still deserves to be looked after.

For a limited number of Southeast Florida owners who rent their home, Mangrove provides broker-led rental management: rent collection, tenant communication, and the same documented care we give every residence. Handled by a licensed real estate broker, not a call center.

What's handled

Your tenant, your rent, your house — covered.

Rent collection

Rent is collected on schedule and held in a separate escrow account — never mixed with operating funds.

Tenant communication

Your tenant has one point of contact for questions and repair requests. You don't get the 9 p.m. phone calls.

Lease administration

Renewals, notices, move-in and move-out condition reports, and security deposits handled the way Florida law requires.

Repairs & maintenance

Every request becomes a documented ticket, sent to vetted trades, within the spending limit you approve in writing.

Owner statements

A clear monthly statement of rent received, expenses paid, and work completed on your property.

Condition inspections

Scheduled, properly noticed visits so you know the condition of your home — not just whether the rent arrived.

How it starts

  1. 01

    Consultation

We walk the property, review the current lease, and confirm the arrangement is a fit.

  2. 02

    Written agreement

A management agreement through Coastal Real Estate Co., our licensed Florida brokerage, sets fees, spending limits, and responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Handover

Tenant introduction, deposit and lease transfer, and a documented baseline of the home's condition.

  4. 04

    Ongoing management

Rent, requests, repairs, and reporting — with you informed and in control of every major decision.

Rental management is offered selectively, with fees set in a written agreement for each property. Real estate services are provided through Coastal Real Estate Co., a licensed Florida real estate brokerage.
